Return Policy
If you need to return a product due to personal reasons or product defects, please contact official customer service within seven days of receipt.
Each order is eligible for only one free return during the processing period.
If you return a product without contacting customer service within the processing period, the brand will not accept the return, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-returnable circumstances
Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
Return requests received after the seven-day processing period.
Products that are worn, stained, or damaged due to use, or damaged due to improper handling (such as tangled strings, broken kite frames, or torn fabric).
Missing original accessories or packaging (such as kite frames, tow ropes, storage bags, instructions, outer packaging, etc.).
Obvious traces of human activity on the product surface (such as writing, erasures, tape residue, or odors).
Products whose outer packaging is damaged by affixing a delivery slip, tape, or vandalism will not be accepted for return.
Packaging and Return Requirements
Please properly package returned items in a sealed bag or outer box, keeping all accessories and packaging intact.
Do not place shipping slips, tape, or write anything directly on the kite storage bag or outer box.
Unboxing and Documentation Requirements
To protect the rights of both parties, please ensure that upon signing for the product:
Record a complete unboxing video to ensure that all items and accessories are included.
In the event of misdelivery, missing items, or defective items, an original, clear, and complete unboxing video must be provided as documentation.
The video must be recorded from the original packaging.
Videos containing fast-forwarded or edited content will not be accepted.
Defect handling instructions
If you encounter a product defect, please provide your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a written description, and contact customer service for assistance.
Refunds are available in the form of credit or cash.
